Why we started
Between us we had migrated dozens of Bangladeshi businesses off hosts that oversold their servers, hid renewal prices, and answered support tickets three days late. The pattern was always the same: a cheap first year, a shocking second year, and a site that fell over the week it mattered most.
We thought the fix was not complicated — buy good hardware, do not oversell it, print the real price, and answer the phone. So we did that.
How we actually run things
We are a reseller and we say so openly. Domains are registered through an ICANN- accredited registrar; our hosting nodes are our own hardware in a Dhaka facility with redundant power and network, plus a Singapore node for customers with regional audiences.
Being a reseller is not a weakness — it means we do not have to be a registrar to give you registrar-grade pricing, and we can focus entirely on the part customers actually feel: speed, uptime and support.
