How to point your domain to our nameservers

What you will need

• Access to the control panel where your domain is registered
• Your hosting welcome email (it contains your nameservers)

Steps

1. Log in to your domain registrar's control panel.
2. Find the section named Nameservers, DNS or Name Server Settings.
3. Choose Custom nameservers and remove the existing entries.
4. Enter the two nameservers from your welcome email, for example:

• ns1.yourbrand.com
• ns2.yourbrand.com

1. Save the change.

How long does it take?

Nameserver changes propagate globally in 30 minutes to 24 hours. In Bangladesh most ISPs pick up the change within an hour. Your site may load from the old server during this window — that is normal and resolves itself.

If your domain is registered with us, you can change nameservers directly from Dashboard → My Domains → Manage → Nameservers and it applies within minutes.
