Paying an invoice with bKash

From your dashboard

1. Go to Dashboard → Invoices and open the unpaid invoice.
2. Choose bKash as the payment method and press Pay now.
3. You are redirected to the secure bKash page — enter your wallet number and the OTP.
4. Confirm with your bKash PIN.

Your invoice is marked paid automatically and the service activates within seconds. A VAT invoice PDF becomes available on the same page.

If the payment is deducted but the invoice still shows unpaid

This is rare and usually means the callback did not reach us. Open a ticket with the TrxID from your bKash SMS — we reconcile it manually within 30 minutes and never charge twice.
