Paying an invoice with bKash

From your dashboard

1. Go to Dashboard → Invoices and open the unpaid invoice.
2. Press Pay, choose bKash and continue.
3. The next screen shows our bKash number, the amount and a reference. In the bKash app, use Send Money to that number and type the reference in the Reference field.
4. Send us the TrxID from the bKash SMS on WhatsApp or through a support ticket.

We match the TrxID against our bKash statement and mark the invoice paid — your service activates as soon as we confirm.

Paid, but the invoice still shows unpaid

We confirm payments by hand, so there can be a short wait. If it has been more than a few hours, message us with the TrxID, the amount and the invoice number. We never charge twice.
