Billing & Payments
A payment failed or the money was deducted twice

The money left your wallet but the invoice says unpaid
This almost always means the gateway's callback did not reach us — the payment itself succeeded.
- Find the TrxID in your bKash, Nagad or Rocket SMS.
- Open a ticket with that ID, the amount, and the invoice number.
- We reconcile against the gateway directly and mark the invoice paid, usually within 30 minutes.
We verify every payment against the gateway server-side, so an invoice is never marked paid on a redirect alone. That is also why a failed payment can never accidentally activate a free service.
You were charged twice
Open a ticket with both TrxIDs. Duplicates are refunded to the original wallet — bKash and Nagad typically return the money within 3–7 working days.
The payment page rejected the transaction
Common causes, in the order they actually occur:
- Insufficient balance, including the gateway fee.
- Daily transaction limit reached on the wallet.
- The wallet is not registered for merchant payments — check with
*247#. - A card blocked for international or online use; ask your bank to enable e-commerce.
Nothing is working and the service is about to be suspended
Send us the invoice number. We extend the due date while a payment problem is being sorted out — no site goes down because a gateway was having a bad day.
