What happens after you place an order

Paid with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or SSLCommerz

1. The payment gateway confirms the transaction to us within seconds.
2. Your invoice is marked Paid automatically.
3. Hosting is provisioned and the cPanel account is created — usually under 60 seconds.
4. A welcome email and SMS arrive with your login details.
5. Domains are registered at the registry in parallel; .com, .net and .org are live within a minute.

Paid by bank transfer

Bank deposits are not instant. Send us the deposit slip or the transaction reference through Dashboard → Tickets and we confirm within 2 working hours, after which everything above happens automatically.

Ordered a .com.bd or .bd domain

These are not automatic — BTCL requires paper documents and a manual review. See the .com.bd guide in this knowledge base for the full checklist. Your hosting still activates immediately; only the domain waits.

Something did not arrive

Check the spam folder first, then look at Dashboard → My Hosting. If the status still says Provisioning after 10 minutes, open a ticket — we would rather hear from you early than have you wait.
